What is the vacation certificate redeemable for?
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling 2 adults and 2 children to enjoy 3 fun-filled days and 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations based on double occupancy at one of 500 fantastic locations. In certain locations accommodations may include Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Ramada Inn, Red Roof Inn, Howard Johnson, and Days Inn in addition to other brands and independent properties. You can view the list of locations online at this website. Your cost to redeem this certificate is just a US $55 processing, postage and handling fee (paid with this certificate) to receive your reservation form to book your reservations.
Check in for your vacation is available Sunday to Wednesday only. At the time of booking your reservations with the fulfillment travel center, all accommodations are subject to their promotional availability and allotments. The fulfillment travel center reserves the right to offer an alternate travel date, property and destination when their allotments are full. All travel will require a minimum of 30 days advance booking notice from the date they receive your travel request. Group travel of 2 or more reservation forms is not permitted. Only one reservation form per household may be used in a twenty-four (24) month period.
The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transportation, transfers, food, gratuities, a US $50 deposit for pertinent fees and taxes, and any miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. Additional charges will apply during peak season, all Federal, State and Provincial Holidays and for locations in resort areas. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). The maximum age of children may vary by hotel, and range between 12 and 17 years of age. Additional occupants may travel for a surcharge, subject to availability. Once reservations are confirmed, a service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in addition to charges levied by the property or travel service provider, if applicable.

How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
You can redeem your certificate either by mail, fax or online. Simply follow the directions on the certificate or on the website to redeem your certificate. There is a $55 processing and handling fee to redeem it. After you redeem your certificate we will send you your vacation reservation form, which you will receive in the mail within 7-10 business days. When you receive the reservation form you will use it to book your reservations with the travel agency listed on it.
Do I have to attend any timeshare sales presentation?
NO.
Can I take children on the vacation?
Additional occupants may travel for a surcharge, subject to availability.
